after contacting this company and dealing with rob dansa it just so happens that the contract I signed with them was all a fake were it stated that I would be on a low fixed interest rate well after 5 years the rate has gone up from 2% to 3% and my payment has went from $478 now at $548 and the rate will keep on going up until it caps my mortgage is with OCEWN which is even worst since I'm on ssi I don't make anywhere near what the future increase happens your mortgage should be 28% of your monthly pay my mortgage should be at $417 a month I'm going to try a reapply for a remodification which OCWEN says I can do if I'm turned down I will loss my house I'm very disappointed that all this has happen but not able to get in contact with ROB DANSA IM SCREWED
