Back in Aug 2011 i got a loan modification with this company the amount agreed upon was a total of 2000.00 which was to be paid in the amount of 666. until the final pymnt.which was paid off in 2011.but this yearJuly 2012 there was a total of 666.that came out of my acct. which then caused ne to have a negative bal. this happened twice my overdeaft pymnt was 36.x2which has an overall total of 738.00 i called the company spoke with the mgr.Who's name is Rob Desana who told me that he had gotten calls from others who had the same problem as i did but he promised he would get it straight he stated that there was a problem with their computer and that it was a mistake on their part.Since then i have made numerous calls but only got recordings i then sent numerous e mails that did generate som responses from Rob promising to get things done the last e mail that i got from him was this past aug in fact about the third week in aug stating that the problem should be corrected by the end of the month of aug.But to this date i have sent more e mails which have gone unanswered and still the problem has not been resolved.All i want is for my money to be returned and i don't understand why it has taken so very long when it didn't have to.
