i ordered from this company and they took the money from my master card acct and told me that they would ship the item within 72 hours and i would receive notification of a tracking # which never happened and i still have not received my package and this has been over a month ago. I call the phone # and i e-mail and also have tried with the online chat system and nothing works to be able to be connected with any representative.
