Order product on 11/11/16. Received text with my order # and that it was shipped on 11/12/16. Today is 12/1/16. No product received. Have emailed company 3 times asking about my product. or to get a tracking 3. No response. Called the phone #provided on web-site at all hours of the day. Its either busy, or no answer no matter how many times the phone rings.
