I first came to them because Amazon had them listed as local installers for an amp I bought through Amazon. I had decided to buy a head unit from them as well. It was a $250 unit from Pioneer. They charged me $350 for it. Later that day, I was there over 5 hours because my car "was too new", they said that I would need a $180 adapter for the backup camera. I only needed a $25 cable harness. Avoid these people like the plague.
