I purchased a $400 touchscreen radio/dvd/Bluetooth for my car. They didn't connect it right so the sound when all the way up still wasn't very loud. I took it back and left it for them to look at and went back over an hour later and they hadn't even looked at it yet so I had to leave. I took it a few weeks later after having an amplifier and subwoofer installed to have the radio replaced because I was told by the audio place that installed the amplifier that it wasn't was cheap junk and they didn't bypass the Lexus amplifier that's why the sound was not working properly. They charged me another $200 to upgrade. Yes it was nicer but they still didn't install it correctly and bypass the amplifier as they know they need to do to get the proper sound. After telling them how to do their job they told me I would have to pay another $100. So as a result of them not installing it correctly the first time I ended up spending an extra $300 for the upgrade and for them to do the installation correctly. This is definitely unfair trade practice!
