I started out on a Coach Handbag website. Once I went to the billing portion a third party popped-up on the screen. An odd confirmation # was given. Plus, I was told if order was cancelled, 2 things would happen.
1. 30% restock fee would be charged.
2. 15% processing fee would be added.
The purse is a fake. It smells. It's made of a heavy canvas. The gold zipper and tab at present both flimsy. Gold-plated. Coach-emblem is gold-plated. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. I have since contacted my credit card company. I have contacted Coach.
