I ordered three mk purses in November, never got confirmation but the funds went out of my account. I asked the representative where my package was and she informs me it was lost and I could either accept an 70% refund or pay half of the shipping to ship a new package. Now two months later I received and email saying it was delivered BUT not to me! Now I don't know where the package is and no one is replying back to me regarding this issue.
