I ordered 2 globes in October for Xmas gifts and as of today December 23 still DO NOT HAVE THEM!!!! I contacted the company and was told that they would arrive by Dec 20th, what a joke, then again after NO GLOBES, I have to contact THEM and I am told by the 23rd...WELL still no globes, still no Xmas gift, BUT they have my MONEY!!!! I was told it would be in my account in 5 to 7 days just curious is that MY 5-7 days or their way of counting 5-7 days!!! THIS COMPNAY IS A RIP OFF!!!!!! So upset, not ONCE did they contact me I contacted them every time! I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!! As a PROFESSIONAL company you are seriously lacking in that category.
