These people have cause me days of stress and inconvenience. They sent me products I didn't order and then refused to respond to any of the emails I have sent them.
I am now having to ask an actually reputable dealer instead of these fly-by-night cowboys to take the wrong gold and sell me products I want - of course, I'm losing big commission in the trade but I have little choice.
suissegold are not swiss, they trade under a fake company not listed in the uk, their office address in London is a "virtual" office, not a real one, and they don't answer their phones - want to use their vault system? Good luck if you decide to do that!!
