My husband has been charged $2.99 a month until we finally took the time to call TMobile as well as getting online with Telenav Live Chat. We never downloaded their app and had never heard of the company. I got TMobile to reverse the charges and block the app however, the online operator at Telenav claimed zero responsibility even though my husband's number was in their system (!!!!!).
Here was their response: "I'm not sure why you're being billed. You'll need to discuss that with your mobile carrier. They are the ones billing you."
