telenav was on one of my 3 lines with T-Mobile has been charging me and never order or used the service. I called Telenav about the bill and said that they didn't realize they were charging me and called T-Mobile and did a 3 way call to talk with them. Telenav canceled the account and gave me a reference # but T-Mobile says they can not credit me but for 3 months of charges to my account and would take 30 days for it to show up on my bill and in the meantime, I will be charged for next month as well. I have had enough of all the charges been tacked on to my accounts. Beware of charges on your bill that just appear and then you are now held at the mercy of the cell phone company to pay for or they turn off your services.
