contacted by phone about a product I believed I had ordered from a different company . received the irder for SKINdu on Dec 1st and on Dec 9th got charged for 170 recurrent costs. Company Name and website very difficult to find. phone number on the invoice does not work and company name missing from the invoice. eventually I ran the phone number on the product and spoke with 2 customer service agents. They confirmed the company name and website as http://www.healthey.com/. I managed to cancel the product and they have agreed to a 50 % refund which I still believe is insufficient.
