I ordered two pair of UGG boots on Nov 20th. Site says still processing. Written to them several times and no response. Since I ordered credit card was charged, and I'm still within the time frame to report fraud and have the charge reversed.
No phone number and this is the second email address I've found for them.
Their other site is boots.keyimmortality.com The name before the dot com doesn't exist.
They use the UGG brand name and logo.
I've got 4 days then I reverse the charge-already called my bank and I can do it. I'll wait a few more days.
This was a holiday gift...naturally too good to be true, although I found the same deal, but that site is as goofy as this one.
