I purchased a pr of basketball trainers for my son online that are a style no longer available in Australia. I paid via a payment platform using my credit card. We received a pr of shoes 3 weeks later, that were fake nikes, not at all even remotely close to the style I had "purchased" I tried to find details of customer service, no where, I tried to find contact phone and emails for communication about this order. No where to be found. The payment platform about 2 weeks after receiving the fraud package, the payment platform I was directed to use sent an email to me out of the blue, asking did I receive my order! ([email protected])
I wrote back and told the story and then asked for contact details of the seller. They didn't provide them to me but apparently passed on my dissatisfaction to the seller account. I had reply emailed [email protected] suggesting that the seller company is clearly a fraud. I then get email from the seller @ this address [email protected] saying.. "maybe the courier company mixed when they are picking up the parcel, and shoes style are hardly the similar,so the logistics colleague confused out,hope you could understand. Would you mind keeping it?" I spent $115 so no, I don't want your fake $5 nike running shoe.
I am hell bent on getting these guys out of framing anyone else. Please help
