I finally checked my bank statements thoroughly and discovered that a "bill-pay deduction" has been coming out of my bank account since April of this year. I tried unsuccessfully to phone them and finally (just today) had the success to get a web site address and it came up with www.program..com which led me to your scam book complaint site. I will try to telephone them again tomorrow during the day and see if they will give me the money back. They probably wont return it, but I still want to file a complaint. The phone number they had on my bank statement came up with SKYPE AND MICROSOFT and wanted a pass word to go any further. Well, I have no idea what password is being used, but we have never skyped anyone and we would never be smart enough to even talk to anyone at Microsoft. We really would like to have the money back, but if we cannot get it, isn't there some way to at least get them to stop this mischief? Will I hear from you to find out what is happening? My email address is [email protected]

Thank you so much
Beverly Benson
