Emil Ackerman Finance is run by the same conman and scam artist Emil Ackerman that defrauded people through his other company NCF Commercial Lending.
These guys (John Pyke-Nott is the other sleaze director) run an advance fee fraud.
DO NOT PAY THEM one cent until your loan is guaranteed - not conditional guarantee
They will charge you high up front fees telling you the loan is good then once they have your money they find an excuse (or make one up) to defraud you.
This has happened to many people,
