My mother responded to an online promotion for a free watch if $5.99 was paid in shipping. They charged her bank account $5.99, then $98.00. When she called, they refunded $34.30, then took out ANOTHER $98.00. In their email responding to her complaint, they indicated a follow up call could be made to Customer Service at 1-844-418-1733. I've called several times to no avail.
