I responded to a Bizrate questionnaire and "won" a free watch if $5.99 was paid in shipping. I received a cheap Q&Q watch last week and this morning I received an email confirmation for another watch that I DID NOT order and they charged $98.00 to the credit card I had used for the shipping fee. I called my credit card and told them what happened and they stopped payment.
