I submitted my order on Oct. 1, 2016. It is now four weeks later and I still have not received my order. I looked on their website and there is no phone number or address. I don't know if this is an internet scam or not. They took my money and sent me a confirmation of my order but nothing else. There is no way to contact them to find out about my order. My order number is DE73877.
