On September 29th I was a passenger on the train that crashed in the Hoboken, New Jersey train terminal. I was in physical and mental trauma after the whole ordeal. I was not able to get home till late that night. The Hoboken train terminal was closed down and I was in no position to go to New York and stay at the Hotel Pennsylvania the following day after surviving the disaster. I called Hotel Pennsylvania and explained to them that I was a disaster victim and could not reach the hotel to stay there. They stayed that it was no concern of theirs and that I would be charged the full amount of $283 whether I stayed there or not. Nevertheless, I was not able to go and Hotel Pennsylvania charged me the full amount even though I did not use their accommodations.
