I was searching google for adobe pdf software (just bought a new computer and was troubleshooting) found downloadable adobe pdf software for $11/month (3months in advance) was expecting to pay approximately $33 before taxes for a three year subscription, after I completed the transaction providing my billing information a receipt was generated to me and was double the amount, $73.63/ I immediately called the company (number on the invoice) and was told by a representative by the name of Chris Johnson at 2.33 p, that someone would call me back shortly to initiate the refund transaction. I never heard back so three days later on Wednesday, October 26 approximately 11:30 am eastern standard time I called the company was retold my story. Speaking with a representative now by the name of Mike I finally was able to explain to him I selected and paid for one product but was charged more, 2x more and did not want to product, requested right after I was scammed a refund and now three days later I am still waiting to hear back After a few moments of expressing my dissatisfaction of the business practice of :bait & switch" I wanted a refund. I had still had not downloaded the "product" they billed for and wanted a refund. He finally told me he would initiate a request to refund me and that I would receive an email notification of the request. Honestly I did not think that was going to happen. About 20 minutes later I did get an email from "upclick" or "ubill.com" and upon opening the email and attachment the notification stated I would be receiving a refund of $36.81- half off my purchase.

Not one of the three reps I spoke with mentioned a discounted refund and/or policy regarding refunds but more importantly I do not understand how they can justify keeping have of my payment for the cost of a product I purchased from another company when there business is only to process billing payments.

So it leads me to believe that they will tell PDF Suite that the customer returned the product (but in this case never even took the product) and is able to keep half of my payment for goods I did not receive, goods they did not provide basically demonstrating how upclick makes their money. By stealing money off the back end of other companies customers. What an easy living to make. Upclick is not the manufacture of any product, they provide no goods, they are a billing company of software (not to technically feel, touch or return because we do it at our computer via internet. Upclick is the perfect criminal. Legally stealing money from consumers, making money providing absolutely nothing tangible. But kuddos to you for finding a way to scam and make money without having to create or provide anything other than bad customer service and partial refunds on products you do not sell or keep in inventory (aka retail).
