I called about a charge for $63.93 and spoke with a very rude representative that informed me they had no charge for that amount and that my bank must have made an error when they posted it to my account. I told her that it had their phone number but she still insisted my account showed no charge for that amount. I asked if I could have ordered something without using my account and she never seemed to understand what I was asking. I had this charge and one for $9.95 that she did find. I had my accound closed I hope, but never found out what the $63.93 was for. I asked for a supervisor but was not put through to one.
