I placed an order for a butter knife for $9.95 and I was charged for that item but then the next month they charged me for another $9.95 - I've asked for the credit to my charge card and I told they they DO NOT have my permission to continue charging my credit card. I have also reported them to my Credit Card Company as well. What rip-offs. The Butter Knife was a joke, my the way - it was not good quality.
