I was in need of a loan and was "approved" by Maskell Solutions inc. for $10,000.00 for a 4 year term at 7.5% interest. My payments would have been $244.10 a month. I had to send the first 3 months payments to them as collateral via Western Union for an additional $66 fee. The agent ,David Wilson, then called and said he'd need an additional 3 months payment since my credit score had gone down since the start of this loan process. I told him I didn't have any more money to send so cancel the loan and send my money back. He said refunds were only sent out certified mail on the first and fifteenth of the month but that mine would qualify to be sent out on the first. It is now 11/14/11 and I still have not received anything back. The phone number(800) 399-9120 is now "temporarily disconnected" as well. They were not returning any of my calls either. Today I notified the police.
