It most definitely is a scam mainly because of the way the promote it as free just pay shipping and handling. And also if you don't catch it quickly you are put on an auto ship list and they will bill you again and again. Here was the first charge on my card on Sept. 9th $.50 +$.50 +$.50+$2.95+$5.95+$5.99 for the 2 creams and they also sent the Serum deluxe. Then on Sept. 30 I was charged $.50+$179.95 and there would have been another charge of $59.95... But I checked my card and didn't know where these charges came from. So my card was frozen and the very next day I received an email stating I was committing fraud by this company because I still owed them money... And all this because of an AD for free stuff from Shoppers, Costco's and other companies that I am not sure if they are aware of this or not.
