Beware of late night and Facebook ads. this is where I inadvertently ordered this product and got two additional ones by hitting the wrong button. Big deal I think $15 Canadian and I have some awesome products....So wrong. because its the Christmas season Canada Post delivered on a Sunday--surprise. tried the products not the fabulous stuff I thought but whatever....until today when my debit Visa was charged in two separate lines for $204.77 & $193.96 Canadian adjusted from Euros to complete the payment for these products. There was no email to confirm the order... I think...but what a shock to be in overdraft cuz the company claims to have an auto renew program which you are automatically signed into when you order your first products.
Beware, now to cancel your order you must return in the original packaging with the packing slip and then the company will issue a refund only if you ship with a tracking number for them to verify that you sent it.
my bank won't do anything yet.
Below is the email that the customer rep sent, still trying to convince me to keep the product for a $100 refund...!!! wtf no way. $300 for skin care products and only 3. Stay tuned to see if I actually get to speak with a manager one day as none are available to speak and they won't even take your complaint further..sure sign that its a money making scam to get you to pay $400 buck for a $15 order.

oh and if you call be patient as you are immediately put on hold, no greetings just music
