I would not recommend purchasing a ring from this place i bought my engagement and wedding ring from here as well as my husband's wedding band, i took my ring back to zamels as it had a chip out of the diamond it was only a very small chip/crack but still noticeable, i was mortified when i noticed the small damage to my ring but was reassured knowing i had bought it through zamels with a diamond gurantee and care plan, well thats where i was wrong i was told that the damage to the diamond was caused by wear and tear (also was told they recommend people shouldnt be wearing there rings all the time i personally dont know anyone that would not keep there wedding ring on 99% of the time)im a mum of two kids and work part time im not doing anything drastic to feel the need to not wear my ring so after my ring being sent to the jeweller i was told it could not be repaired as it was a 4 diamond cluster and repairing just one diamond was not possible as they said the other three diamonds would break by doing that i asked for other options they then said it would be sent to head office to see if replacement was an option, it came back still nothing and replacement was not an option as they said i was at fault of the damage and all they could do to help me after then going to the regional manager was to leave me with a poor excuse of not being able to fix it as it was basically my fault the diamond was damaged so im now left with a ring that is damaged that i feel like i cant wear as im afraid the whole cluster of diamonds will fall out my only option is to buy another ring or replace the diamonds with one diamond at my own expense i have gotten an opinion off another jeweller who said it can be fixed but then i have been told it will void my gurantee completely as it will be altered by another jeweller, so if you want to save the heartache of not having your diamond guranteed or feeling like you have no options to fixing the one ring that is so sentimental to you then i suggest going and buying it with another company who will stop at nothing to help you especially after investing so much money
