International boundaries

this site is a scam, probably operating out of china.

Ordered pair of womens lipsy shoes from this website. These were high street shoes, priced £60 as per other websites, included stock photos, so it all looked legitimate. The standard delivery time was quoted at 1-2 days, which suggested the company and products were based in the UK.

When they did not arrive after a week i emailed the customer helpline and "Emily" responded saying delivery time from China was 2 weeks.

When a package did arrive the shoes were not the ones ordered. They sent a pair of fake burberry shoes.

When i contacted the company about this "Emily" then asked for evidence to support my claim that i had not received the correct pair of shoes. I sent photos, but can't now get a response from them and can't get them to refund me.

If you look closely at the site its clear its not legitimate - I did not investigate properly before buying. The wording on the delivery page clearly points to stovegear.co.uk not being a UK seller, or a professional retailing operation.
