This is a scam. I was having a problem with my Quicken software. I googled "Quicken support" and this company link was the first to show on Google search. I clicked it without realizing it was not Intuit. The rep on the phone indicated he was a Quicken support person. He took control of my computer and did "a scan" and told me I had broken links and needed a patch but it would cost $299. I did not pay and eventually called the correct Intuit support and all I needed to do was update to the current version and all fixed. Cost nothing and there never were corrupt files or links. This is a scam. Beware!!!
