I spoke to 3 people at the 1800 phone no. to cancel my account because I had at no time ever authorised these thieves to to renew annual subscriptions. I was told that the account was closed and that it would be confirmed by email but I have not heard a word . It is almost impossible to communicate with anyone to address my concerns. The order no is UD95D44D. I firmly believe that their conduct in this matter is totally illegal.
