Warning came up on computer that gave the idea that it was from Microsoft. It said that the computer was infected with a virus that could endanger their entire system and that I should call this 800 number for a solution or my computer would be locked. Didn't call the number at first and my computer was locked. Finally called number and had to pay 299.00 to have them fix problem. Believe they caused the problem to have me pay to fix it. It's seemed like a hostage situation. Pay or else.
