I had to call several times to get a replacement phone. I couldn't understand the employees and EVERY TIME I called someone screwed up the process of getting the phone. I shouldn't have to wait almost a month to get a phone and call numerous times. First I was told the ticket number I had wasn't attached to my account, and then it was the USPS couldn't find my address or I had moved, which neither is true. Then it was the ticket was never made, then it was I called to report a phone I hadn't received yet so they did something to the SIMS card. You need to hire employees that speak CLEAR ENGLISH and keep track of the employees that handle whose calls and need disciplined for the mistakes they make.
