I ordered Kefir grains before discovering the bad reviews online. I interacted with Sandra, who, after receiving my order, started talking of delays. Finally, she told me my grains had "shipped," and gave me a "customs" number via email. When I had not received the grains after nearly a month, I disputed the order on paypal. Sandra replied vociferously and rudely, claiming "you'll get your grains." Almost the same day, Sandra offered to refund my money, but said since she'd sent me the Kefir ebook, I should pay for that, so I should close my paypal dispute and open another one for the cost of the grains minus the ebook. Nice try, Sandra. Once you close a dispute on paypal, you cannot reopen it. I refused, and said if she'd refund my money, I'd pay for the ebook. She did, and I did, and it's been another whole month, and the grains that were "in the mail" have never arrived. I did not lose any money, but only because I was lucky and smart and acted in time. This woman absolutely attempted to scam me out of about $50 American dollars.
