My dealings with this man occurred some time ago, but have only recently found an appropriate way of dealing with this issue.

I found "Dom's Website" and thought great, someone that could help me. After a brief investigation of what I needed and a few emails to decide what products would best suit my purpose, I completed my order and transfered the money.

There were nothing but excuses. "Oh I fallen behind in orders because I have been sick". "I can't send you the products because of the hot weather, the products will spoil" I even had my local office of Fair Trading NSW call him to find out the details.
Apparently this is not a registered business, so he doesn't have to give you your money back, unless you take him to court, that is.

Don't deal with this man. From the comments left on CUREZONE.com - http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1744142 - it sounds like many other have fallen to the same fate.

I have also found a form that can be sent to the South Australian department of fair trading - http://www.ocba.sa.gov.au/assets/files/unfairtradingreport.pdf.
You can submit the form to make your compaint known. I am not sure how old all of these proceedings are though. You may need to check.
