Was contacted on or about March 17/16 re saving program on gas, restaurants, groceries, etc and coupons would be received next day. Never received the coupons and $17.83C was debited from my US credit card for months of April 19 and June 19. On June 24 spoke to Shad #7370 asking to cancel this membership as I had not received any coupons as promised, etc. He was very adamant and advised coupons would be email on Saturday and they do not give refunds. Received nothing. I called today June 27 and spoke to Susan who was very apologetic and confirmed they had the wrong email and changed it. She said the membership is available until July 19. I then asked to cancel and she referred me to Ian #9708 who advised they do not give money back and to mail my receipts for cash back. However, I had used a US credit card and only use my VISA for Canadian transactions. Only charges on the c/c you used are eligible. I requested the cancellation of the membership and was told that even though I paid until July 19th the membership is cancelled and I cannot take advantage of the cash benefit. Both persons requested that I look at the website however told them I was not computer literate. This is not what I would call professional.
I would advise anyone considering their program to be very careful. The offers they have on their program are very limited.
