I receive a call this morning stating they are going to serve me papers to garnish my wages.
They said i apply for a loan online back in 2011 for $300( Vandlere Group LLC) and they will accept to settle the debit for $375.75.
I never applied with them and the ladies said the funds was deposited into a Prepaid card.
I didn't want the trouble and gave them my credit card to settle the payment. But after talking with my peers and i called them back to cancel the settlement payment. Lets's see if they will return the credit back to my credit card.
They said they will send me paper for the court date and all.... We shall see. I never applied a loan with them. But they have my SS# & email address and everything.
