Beginning of May, I have ordered a pair of shoes. They cashed the amount but they sent me an item very different which I don't accept. Wang Gang asked me to send them a photograph which I did.
Since then, they refuse to send me the pair of shoes I want, they refuse to give me the money back. They have offered me 20 and later 30% of the amount which I refused. I wrote several times: they have made the mistake they have to repair it sending me the shoes I have ordered or giving the money back.
