I filed a change of address on 06/01/2016 with changemyaddress.org as was recommended from the property management company where I was living in my old apartment. I didn't realize it wasn't the USPS website until on 06/06/2016 I was charged $49.95. Last time I did a change of address it was only $1.00 which is what I was expecting. There was no total confirmation on the checkout page. After looking again at changemyaddress.org they have that total in fine print on the home page. I didn't notice it before, perhaps because I thought I was on the USPS website.
