I purchased a bag from one of their vendors. The picture in the info displayed a model with a nice size bag. But when I got this bag is was not the same size. I was poorly made. The plastic on the straps was the quality of a cheap toy purse. The item even sells on other sites for half the price. This is a non-returnable item. If the bag had been of the quality it described, it would not matter to me. But the bag was not as described in size and quality.
