Their insured wrecked my car on November 10, 2015 and was ticketed.
I have tried for 7 months to get them to pay to repair what was damaged. After wrangling over 'one' item the hood lock which was broken in the accident one of their adjusters declared it a total loss. I don't want the car scrapped, I am not in a position to buy a new car and it is repairable.
