Filed a complaint with this so called ins company after their insured hit two parked cars on 4/30/16, property damage at fault.
The adjusted never returns calls, received paper work in the mail a week later for us to fill out. Called to find out the status after a week of no communication,spoke to a customer service rep, she claims they are waiting on an inspection of the vehicles involved and a copy of the crash report, which the crash report is available online free.
this company is nothing but a scam insurance company so far, I did turn it over to my personal insurance company and they never receive return phone calls either. guess the next step would be to sue the insured for the money out of my pocket.
