We purchased the Samsung appliance package, microwave and the extended warranty for all (thank goodness we did!). We have had nothing but problems with these. Local repair companies refuse to repair as they take too much time to assess and repair. So repair companies come from other areas which extends our down time from using the appliances. The retailer has been of no help to us. No one wants to take responsibility for these faulty appliances. All we want are replacements of another brand. I must say that we have purchased copious Samsung electronics and are completely satisfied but the appliances are the complete opposite. This is our last resort since we cannot get any cooperation from the retailer.
