Last year I purchased a GE dishwasher from HH Gregg. The dishwasher came with an extended warranty and it was installed by HH Gregg. About 3 to 4 Months later the Dishwasher broke and would not drain. I contacted HH Gregg and scheduled a repair person to come out the following Saturday morning. At 8:00AM that morning I received a call from the repair person and he stated that he was in the neighborhood and would be at my residence shortly. After about 2 hours, I called the number back for the repair person as he had not arrived. He did not answer the phone and never did show up for the repair. The following Monday I went to the store and spoke with the Manager and he help to get the repair rescheduled. That Thursday my wife took off from work to be there for the repair and a repair person did show up. He stated that he would need to turn the power off to the dishwasher and requested to know where the circuit breaker box was. My wife showed him the box and he killed the power to the entire house. He attempted to turn the power back on to no avail. He stated that there was nothing he could do and left without fixing the dishwasher and without restoring the power. My wife then called an electrician to restore the power. After several more calls to HH Gregg and another day off from work, we finally got the dishwasher repaired (2and a half weeks later). About 3 months later the dishwasher went out again and again we called HH Gregg to have it repaired. My wife took off from work again and the repair person came and fixed the dishwasher. Several months later the dishwasher broke again (each time the same problem, it will not drain) and we called HH Gregg. This time they said that we needed to call General Electric (GE) to do the repair. My wife contacted GE and scheduled another appointment to have the dishwasher repaired. My wife to off from work and again the dishwasher was repaired. This past Saturday the dishwasher broke again and the same problem it will not drain. My wife contacted GE and requested to speak directly with a supervisor and they refused to let her speak with one. The lady stated that she could handle any problems that we had. After spending 20 minutes arguing with the lady and her telling my wife that the best she could do was send a repair person out again to repair the dishwasher or evaluate it as no repairable. My wife informed her day and time she would be available and the lady informed her that she would need to speak with a supervisor. After holding on the phone for 17 minutes, my wife had to return to work and could not continue to hold. The problem still has not been rectified.
