This person and I spoke via text. She told me I was on the "list" to receive $200.000. She kept telling me this was my money, I had been drawn at random. I would have to pay $500 up front for claim filing and delivery, she promised next day delivery once they confirmed my money. I asked questions and she had answers but since I had no money I put her off and started doing some checking, a lot of government agencies all saying the same thing, that is sounded like a scam. I was contacted by a friend on facebook who said she had seen my name on this list and she had gotten her money and it was it the bank. Once I came upon this information I know it's a scam.
