Ive been a loyal customer with this company four over 4 years and have paid off countless items. I have two items that I've been paying on for almost three years and still not done!!
I have just two pymts left and I get harassing texts from district manager on day Before the payment is due, the day the pymt is due and the day after its due!!! I get full blown texts from different phone numbers, and calls too from flexi phone and the district managers cell phone number!!! Even if I am one day late. He sends out countless texts harrassing me! This is during work hours and they know i have certain times I cant reach them, but they keep calling and texting. Ive never been more than 4 days late and Ive paid countless late fees. I regret getting myself involved with Flexi, I did because I dont have credit and needed furniture for my apartment. I've been extorted and robbed in broad daylight. So please take my word, dont get items here! You will pay five times more thanits worth! In the back room of Flexi store, they have countless cords, computer keyboards, game systems, etc, all used and piled up on top of another and they sell them to consumers as new! They dust it off and find a mismatched cord or charger and sell it! I may never see my money ever again, but i just want to alert anyone who may think of going to Flexi. They have about six employees all male and they use the late fees from customers which is 20 dollars and they keep it for themselves to use! That is why they harrass the customers, they want the cash! I am lucky to have a good job, so i can just accept this as a loss, but for others that are just starting out, dont go here. They all lie to you, and dont record all your payments correctly. This is just a little of the evil fraud Ive experienced and witnessed here. Flexi also sells used and unclean matresses, they tried to sell me one that they had just repossessed from a customer and it was very soiled. I know by law a company cannot do that. Anyway, I hope this may help someone out there know the truth before they buy. Wished I had...
