Their PDF Maker was advertised for $19.99. Simple enough as I went through checkout and put in my credit card info for the purchase, I got pop-ups that ask if you want to purchase these other products like PC Cleaner and Driver Finder and even though I had declined these other products prior to submitting my order (no order total $ was presented on any of the screens) - I thought that was weird. So I checked my email and to my shock the email confirmation they sent show a total they charged me of $65.68 that included activation keys for products I had declined. I then immediately called them to alert them of the problem. It was in the wee hours of the night. Someone called me back, phone tag back and forth. When I finally got to speak with a live person, I was told he understood the problem but refused to refund me for the products I had never authorized them to charge me. He said he could only give me a 30% discount. I don't want to pay a penny for anything I did not authorize a purchase on. I'm like this is totally fraudulent practice and I don't want any of your products as I don't trust your company so I want a full refund. And I told him I have not downloaded any of their products and have not activated any of keys and have no desire to because who knows what I will end up downloading from a company with such unethical practice - totally out to scam customers. After too much wasted time on the phone realizing it was a scam I finally hung up on them. They did call back and left a voicemail but I had already told their rep I will no longer waste anymore of my time and will file a fraudulent charge report with my credit card company.
