I ordered a star for my best friends sons memorial and never received an email of shipment, nor did I get any product information they promised. Such as a certificate, a memorial pin etc. I have tried to call the number is disconnected, and I have tried to email and the emails are failed or they come back. I am very sickened by this company takin people's money and personal information.
