Purchased an item that was never delivered. Could not request a refund due to Amazon website implementation.. IE their vendor was removed from website by Amazon. Thus no refund could be requested as Amazon stated vendor was blocked from receiving emails. No other means of complaint is offered as Amazon website is constructed to only process emails to their fulfillment vendor if still affiliated. Thus, Amazon has implemented a clever way of keeping monies this way. My recourse was to review the vendor actions via their review access feature and my review noted dis-satisfaction based on my inability to contact vendor via Amazon procedures. Amazon advised that my "review" was being deleted as it was inappropriate. I used no profanity, only explained my negative review was being based on Amazon's not providing any other refund action or contact access when a vendor is removed by Amazon.
