Pop up came up and froze my computer. I paid 399 (for 3 yrs) to have them fix my computer which really did look like it had a viris. they spend an hour fixing the problem, deleting about 10,000 strange files. and installed two files on my computer. Oh and the pop up said they are affillied with Windows. I googled them this morning and see complaints little posivitive feedback. bummer. so I think I have been scammed. will try to stop the payment, and take my computer to someone I know is safe.
